Terry-Leigh Halliday

Terry-Leigh is a bright and determined young lady who has faced difficult circumstances in her childhood but has risen above them to achieve outstanding results in her primary school education.  Having experienced a delay in the early stages of her education, due to a missed visual impairment, she quickly caught up academically and rose to become the top academic achiever in grade 6.  

Despite her challenging circumstances, Terry-Leigh takes on the role of mentorship of younger learners and often assists them with their academic work.  She has also demonstrated leadership qualities, having been appointed youth leader at her church.  Terry-Leigh also plays netball and participates in debating as extra-mural activities.
